Jersey, one of the Channel Islands in the English Channel (in contrast to Jersey, USA), is a small yet beautiful island, perfect for a short holiday.
The island itself is as far south as France (St. Malo is less than 4 miles away and visible on a clear day) and so whilst still part of the British empire it benefits from far better weather.
This weather means not only an ideal place for camping, beaches and outdoor pursuits but also you will see a profusion of plants and animals not normally seen on mainland Britain. Most notable is the only British population of the Green Lizard, often Read More...

It is time to eat now. Malaysia is rich with its local foods. There are numerous of local food that you should try. For me, if you came to Malaysia and eat at the five star hotel without trying the local foods. There is no point for you to have vacation here. Go out and try the local foods especially the hawker. Some of them serve the best food in town but make sure they are clean.
When I went to Langkawi, there is a very huge and beautiful restaurant near to my hotel. Then I took a cab to Kuah for some shopping, the taxi driver was very friendly he told us where we should go for shopping Read More...

The Cambodian Khmer style of cooking is similar to that found in Thailand or Vietnam but also has its own distinctive flavours. Most dishes are served with rice, and Khmer food usually has a sourer taste than the Asian food that westerners are used to. Dishes to look out for while in Cambodia include their prahok fish paste, their k’tieu noodle soup that is served with pork or seafood and their lok lak beefsteak dish.
The city of Kratie lies in Eastern Cambodia, and one of its more memorable temples is the Laotian-style Wat Roka Kandal, which is located a short drive out of the city. Read More...

Venice, Italy – This beautiful city, built on a series of islands in the centre of a huge lagoon, is a classic destination for lovers. Famed for its network of canals which make up the main thoroughfares of the town, and for it’s distinctive and often crumbling buildings, Venice is a city full of surprises where you could quite happily wander for hours, hopelessly lost, only to find yourself back where you started. My advice would be to abandon all hope of knowing where you are and simply get lost in the winding streets, marvelling at the little treasures of architecture, Read More...

Bonham Strand West Street, Aberdeen and Cheung Chau Island are interesting places that tourists should not miss.
Hong Kong has its city planning and the dried seafood centre located in Sheung Wan, Bonham Strand West Street. They sell a large variety of dried seafood and they are mainly identified as specialty shops that sell only one kind of variety. And of course, they are the expert in this trade-from the choice of getting the dried seafood to its preparation and its usage.
Some of them are medicinal herbs and hence Bonham Strand West Street also earned itself a nickname as the Ginseng Read More...
