It is always easy for you to practice your guitar scales?
Who said yes to this question is probably lying! Make no mistake. Sometimes our hectic lives and busy making it difficult to obtain in practice the guitar enough time scale. This is particularly true for guitarists who work 9-5 jobs, and have a family!
So what I’m trying to say here?
The point I am trying to make is that requires the mastery of guitar scales that you have to make some lifestyle changes. You must change the way you use your time. And if you want a high level of guitar win championships, you need to make significant changes to your lifestyle. The real masters of the balance have built their lives around their practice time on the guitar. They also, in many cases great sacrifices to do so.
Some changes in lifestyle that you need to understand: />
- Reduce the amount of television you watch.
- Get up early in the morning. (A fate worse than death for many people!).
- A healthy diet.
- Nightlife and party drink less often.
- Less time with negative thoughts, friends and others toxic.
Obviously, some of these may represent a significant change to your daily routine. Which brings us to the notion of gradual changes in lifestyle. These are small changes to accommodate your lifestyle to increase the practice across the guitar. Look at an example of this concept to explain clearly. . .
Say you scale currently devote 30 minutes a day practicing the guitar. You acknowledge that your musical goals, you probably spend a scale of at least three hours daily practice. So what do you do? Did you give up three hours because that seems unattainable? Not at all! Modification of the progressive lifestyles. Here’s how it works. . .
Step 1: Choose a new track standard practice. For our example, we say that now the guitar scales practice 45 minutes a day rather than just 30 minutes.
Step 2: Take all the lifestyle changes that are made as necessary to reflect the increased scale of the practice.
Step 3: Practice the way new practice every day until it becomes habitual.
Step 4: Repeat the first three stages, with lengths of exercise increases gradually until you’ve reached your goal of three hours per day.
It is important to recognize that it can take months to achieve this goal. You’ll probably also changes in lifestyle, how many were needed to be happy to reach this goal! And that’s fine. If mastery of guitar scales were easy, everyone would have done! P>
